At GleamBracelet, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day free return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products should be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags or packaging intact.
• Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@gleambracelet.store to initiate a return.
2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Once we receive your return and inspect it, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund Exceptions:

• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care are not eligible for a refund
